Annual Conference

For nearly a decade, Drew, Dan, and Jessie have collaborated with Startup Grind through various A/V companies and venues. As their trusted production partner, we knew the 10th Annual Global Conference would bring high expectations from them, their audience, and us.

The conference featured nearly 200 presenters across eight stages in five local venues. An outdoor stage sponsored by Google for Startups allowed 250 startups to deliver 60-second presentations over two days. There were five outdoor tents: three startup tents, one sponsor tent, and one registration tent. The event drew 10,000 attendees from around the globe to Silicon Valley for two days of nonstop education, inspiration, and invaluable networking.

We returned to support the event in 2022 & 2024, ensuring the same high standards of production and technical excellence.
